Discounts and Coupon Codes

To begin, click the "Add New Discount" button in the top right corner. Enter a unique name for the discount, and input the discount code that customers will use at checkout, or use the automatic code generator to create a unique code.

Next, choose the Type of Discount:
Fixed Price: Specify the discount amount and decide if it requires a minimum purchase. If so, enter the minimum amount.
Free Shipping: Select whether the discount applies to specific regions, then choose the regions. You can also decide if a minimum purchase is required and enter that amount.
Percentage: Enter the percentage discount and optionally set a minimum purchase amount.

Determine how the discount will apply:
All Orders: The discount applies to every order during the specified period.
Specific Products: Select specific products for the discount, and add as many as needed.
Specific Categories/Collections: Apply the discount only to certain categories or collections.
Customer Groups: Restrict the discount to specific customer groups.

Set Duration and Usage Limits
Choose the start and end dates to define the discount’s active period. You can also set a limit on how many times the discount can be used, either overall or per customer.

Once all the details are finalized, click "Add Discount". Finally, check its status in the discount management area to ensure it's active.
