Domains
A domain is the URL where customers find your store online. There may be times when you need to change your domain name or adjust settings.
Go to "Settings" and navigate to "Domains".
There are two sections: "Primary Domain" and "Alternate Domains."
Your default shoperb.site domain will always be present, but it doesn’t have to be the primary domain. You can set any other domain as the primary one.
How to add a new domain
Click "Add existing domain" and choose your "Domain Type":
- Pointing Your Domain to Shoperb IP:
If you already own a domain and want to use it for your store. You’ll need to manually point your domain’s IP to our server. DNS record management will remain in your domain registrar's admin panel.
- Tip: In your domain registrar, point the root A record to 5.39.6.81 to direct your domain to Shoperb.
- Using Shoperb Nameservers (Preferred):
This option allows you to manage your domain entirely through Shoperb’s Admin Panel. To set this up, you’ll need to point your domain’s nameservers (NS) to Shoperb.
- Tip: After updating your nameservers, you’ll have full control over your domain within Shoperb, without needing to manage it through your domain registrar's platform.
After selecting your domain type, add your domain name and click "Add."
