Inventory Settings

Navigate to “Settings” and select “Inventory”.

Order Return Options

Customize reasons for order returns to better track and analyze why customers return items. These reasons can be added or removed at any time and will be used on the “Returns” page.

To add a return reason:

1. Select “Add”.
2. Enter the reason for the return and optionally provide a brief description.
3. Click “Save” in the top-right corner to finalize the addition.

Calculate Weighted Average Price

This feature is only applicable when inventory is purchased via the "Purchase Orders" section.

Select one of the following options:

• Enabled: The product price will change every time new inventory has been bought with a different price.
• Disabled: Product price does not change when purchased inventory has a different price.

After selecting the desired option, click “Save” in the top-right corner to confirm.
